Thanxalot, Ken Loach!
At the Berlinale i had the honor to speak to KEN LOCH, the outstanding director of masterpieces like Kes, Ladybird, Ladybird an My name is Joe. I always appreciated Ken Loach as a humanitarian and without exception his films were characterized by compelling plots and very authentic characters.
I asked him for a kind of advice for my first day of shooting an he dropped me these wise and funny lines: "Don't despair, it's what you always wanted!"
After we had to delay the shooting last year i hope this is a good signal to tackle it again soon. Congratulations to the Honorary Golden Bear and thanxalot again, Mr Loach!
